At Alt-Na-Craig House we provide residential, dementia, respite and 24-hour nursing care for our residents.

Our experienced and dedicated team enable us to nurse those with physical disabilities, those who require end of life care, those with high dependency needs, and those who become infirm.

Should your care requirements change while you are with us, it’s no problem! We regularly assess the care we are providing and ensure that it is tailored to your current needs and requirements.

Our experienced team are passionate about welcoming and integrating each resident to their new home, and we will take as much time as you need to help you settle into your new home.

Within your first 24 hours you will have discussed your preferences, likes and dislikes in regards to food and drinks with your named nurse.

Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as photographs, ornaments, etc. to make your room truly your own.

From the moment you arrive at Alt Na Craig House our team will ensure that your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. Your family and friends are welcome and may remain with you while you settle into your new surroundings.

We know that the bottom line cost is important to everyone; the last thing you want is to worry about a variable weekly bill popping through the letterbox. This is why we have brought the All Inclusive concept into the Care community. Everything at Alt-Na-Craig House is included in your weekly price from care packages to meals, drinks, spa treatments, haircuts and transport. When you add it all up we think we are very competitively priced within the market.

There are no set visiting times at Alt-Na-Craig House, and you are welcome to visit at any time.

Friends and family are welcome to visit as often as they wish and we encourage them to become fully involved in life at Alt-Na-Craig House.

 

Various social events, entertainment and activities are organised to ensure that there is always something interesting and stimulating going on. Our Activities Coordinators will support and encourage you with any hobbies, interests and excursions.  Individual therapeutic treatments can be arranged to suit your needs.

Birthdays are celebrated with a party and you will also receive a complimentary birthday cake. Private functions can be arranged in our private family lounge.

Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared onsite by our in-house chef and catering staff using local suppliers for meat, fruit and vegetables.

Breakfast, lunch and supper are served in the main dining rooms; however snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. Room service is also available on request.
